Terms

Playing is free. Nothing here asks you to buy, subscribe or sign up.

Using the site

Play as much as you like, on any device, for as long as you like. Do not attack the site, scrape it at a rate that costs the host money, or present it as your own.

The games

Some games here were written for arcadefork and are credited on the credits page. Others are open-source games by other authors, used under their own licences — each licence and source link is listed on the credits page. Nothing here re-licenses someone else's work, and the licence of each game still governs that game.

If you are a rights holder and believe a game here should not be, write to GitHub — AyhemKahriDev with the URL. It will be removed while the claim is checked.

No warranty

The arcade is provided as it is. Games can have bugs; scores are stored in your browser and can be lost when you clear site data. There is nothing to refund because nothing is charged.

Advertising and sponsors

Sponsor cards are labelled Sponsored. There is no third-party advertising on the site today. Neither influences which games are listed, ranked or recommended.

Changes

These terms can change as the site changes; the date at the bottom is the date of the current version.
